Karen Lisa Dove

Karen Lisa Dove, passed away Saturday, November 26, 2022, at her home in Austin, Texas. Graveside service will be at 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at McGregor Cemetery.
Lisa was born on November 27, 1954, in Waco, Texas to parents Charles Douglas Upchurch and Sharon June Roges Upchurch. She is the of two sons, Josh Bauer and Jacob Knue, and the grandmother to Cheyenne Elise Bauer and Hadon Knue, all of which were the absolute joys of her life. Karen served the community by working as a police officer for over 20 years. She also ran the Double J Ranch in Leander, Texas, where she was known as “Momma Lisa” to many of the local teens.
